Terms and conditions for Sagrada Familia Skip the Line Guided Tour
- Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier 72 hours prior to the tour date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours of tour date.
- We cannot predict when the Sagrada Familia will be crowded. In general, long lines are common in the summer, on most weekends and during peak travel periods throughout the year (Christmas, Easter, local holidays). These skip-the-line tickets enable you to skip the line if, indeed, there is one. Unfortunately there is no way to foresee which days and times will produce lines, and which will not.
- The Sagrada Familia reserves the right to refuse admission. At the entrance, visitors will have their bags, rucksacks, luggage and personal items checked
- Children aged 3 and under travel free.
- The site is a Catholic church; a dress code is required to enter to the venue: Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. Visitors cannot enter barefoot or with flip-flops. No see-through clothing, plunging necklines, exposed backs or bellies. No hats are allowed inside the nave or the museum except for religious, health or belief-related reasons.
- The guide will have one ticket for the whole group, which must enter together. Late arrival to the meeting point will result in the loss of the tour, as the same tickets cannot be used again because they will be validated at the Sagrada Familia entrance.
- Unfortunately this tour is not wheelchair accessible.
- Due to limited capacity of the elevators, there can be a waiting time between the basilica and museum guided tour and elevator access.
- Julià Travel reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel the tour due to events being celebrated in the city or force majeure reasons
