Excellent Service, I purchased the wrong dates for ticket to DLP. After speaking with customer service my tickets were refunded and a new order put in place with having the new real time tickets gate ready passes all within 10 minutes. I was worried in case the tickets wouldn’t work as there are issues with unofficial sites/ 3rd party sellers but I had no issues and the tickets were a decent price would use this site again.

Making my transition with attractions tickets was very easy, price was steep but naturally that's down to the park itself. Anywho, the only reason I have given an average score is because, attraction tickets say they'll give you 10 free tickets which I even received the email prompting me to do with the link and all. I have been trying to do this for 3 weeks now and after uploading, all I get is the loading icon screen which stays there until it times out. So basically I was promised a freebie that I won't get! I tried to call, send emails you name it, and nothing! Not very happy about that at all, but having exhausted all options I've given up!

It was just so reassuring to have the tickets purchased from Attraction Tickets well in advance. We were able to plan our preferred attractions and organise our day. It all went exttremely well and we had a fantastic time.

I was reluctant in using a third party to buy these tickets at first but everything checked out. A very easy website to navigate, obtain all relevant information, and place an order on. A bonus that 10 free prints are included (5 postcards with two pictures on 1 side and full size advertising on the other). You can see why they are one of the best independent attraction ticket sellers, 10/10 would recommend.

I was unable to visit Disney Land Paris, because I was ill before the trip dates came round. But my two daughter's and my grandfather had a fabulous time, they had lots of lovely photos to show me.

Although people I was dealing with were nice. I phoned on the Thursday once they opened at 9am to cancel my tickets for the Saturday due to the death of my nanny. I was told nothing could be done not even for the Sunday and Monday tickets due to it being less than 72 hours. No part refunds or anything. Or any direction on how to recoup these costs or amend the booking to another time. Christmas presents for the children and nothing can be done considering the devasting circumstances in which we had to cancel. Would prevent me from going to Disney land again considering they are advertised as a family holiday where memories are made it’s not exactly a fair way to deal with an upset family.

Easy access to tickets. Printed off well and offered 10 photo prints that were easy to submit. Would use again. Only downside is the price fluctuates so buy sooner rather than later before price increases with demand.
