Although people I was dealing with were nice. I phoned on the Thursday once they opened at 9am to cancel my tickets for the Saturday due to the death of my nanny. I was told nothing could be done not even for the Sunday and Monday tickets due to it being less than 72 hours. No part refunds or anything. Or any direction on how to recoup these costs or amend the booking to another time. Christmas presents for the children and nothing can be done considering the devasting circumstances in which we had to cancel. Would prevent me from going to Disney land again considering they are advertised as a family holiday where memories are made it’s not exactly a fair way to deal with an upset family.

Easy access to tickets. Printed off well and offered 10 photo prints that were easy to submit. Would use again. Only downside is the price fluctuates so buy sooner rather than later before price increases with demand.

The tickets for the parks were great and competitive price as we were staying off site. Linked to the app and could book character meals and fireworks reserved space 2 months before travel. The free gift of 10 photos is a huge let down. I thought it was photos taken in the park which it is not. You can upload 10 photos when you get home and they will print and send. This I did. The photos arrived yesterday and are very small. There are two square photos on a 6,4 sheet. No use for any frame. Completely unusable. The photos also cut the heads of some of the characters. Very disappointed

Unfortunately we did not get to use our tickets as we had a medical emergency with our daughter. We gave enough notice to attraction tickets and they were not helpful at all resulting in us losing our money and tickets. I wouldn’t recommend booking!
