Attraction Tickets made purchasing Disney tickets really easy. I bought 2 sets of 1park- 1day tickets not realising one of the parks was smaller than the other and the firework display and shows were in separate parks. In order for us to get the full benefit of both parks across our 2 day stay I needed to change one of the 1park 1day tickets to 2parks-1day tickets. I couldn’t do this online and didn’t want to cancel my original purchase even though it was free cancellation and re-buy the correct tickets in case there was no availability. Instead I contacted Attraction Tickets via email. They responded later that day and changed the tickets for me & I paid the difference. The process was really easy and I’d definitely purchase through Attraction Tickets again.

Awful Customer Care! Found bedbugs in the hotel room. Sent all relevant evidence and information to Attraction Tickets. They've passed the buck for nearly three months, denying responsibility. Now been told the hotel says they dispute the evidence so that's that. Attraction Tickets have fulfilled their contract with me. Total joke for nearly £800! DO NOT USE!

I purchased tickets with these guys!!! And everything was so easy an a lot cheaper than anyone else had no problems what so ever defo be using these for all my tickets. And the free pictures were brilliant sent them over an in a few days they had arrived.
