Kicking off with that amazing Star Wars theming, The Jedi Training Academy at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has had a makeover! Training for Padowan wannabe-Jedis now takes place in the secret ancient Jedi temples in the distant corners of the Universe, where the Jedis have been driven to by the Empire. Of course, it’s not all plain sailing though and the young trainee Jedis will soon come face to face with Darth Vader himself, testing out their wit and new-found lightsaber skills in an epic battle! The new Jedis will also come up against the latest evil villain Seventh Sister from the popular Disney XD series Star Wars Rebels. Do you have what it takes to take on the ultimate Star Wars Villain in Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple?
2. Star Wars Launch Bay

Continuing the Star Wars theme, the brand new Star Wars Launch Bay has arrived at Hollywood Studios! Fans will love the exclusive chance to view props, replicas and models from the last 6 films, as well as costumes, helmets and more. The whole area is fully immersed in the Star Wars theme, giving you the chance to experience what it would be really like to live in their Universe and to even try that famous Blue Milk! There’s even a Darth Vader and Chewbacca to meet and greet you. The new launch bay provides a great teaser for all the amazing work the Disney team will be doing when they put together Star Wars land for 2017.
3. Club Disney
Aside from Star Wars revamps, there’s plenty of other great new attractions at the park. Club Disney opened earlier this month, giving park visitors the chance to meet and dance with their favourite Disney characters. Guests can find Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald and Daisy Duck as well as Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale throwing shapes on the disco-lit dancefloor. It’s also great place to just sit down and rest your feet with a refreshing drink, as the 360 degree screens placed on the walls above show clips from famous Disney films to you in the comfort of your lounge chair.

If you love Club Disney but want the opportunity to dance with some of the rarer characters from the Disney movies, you’ll also love the new character dance party “Holidays Happen here”. It’s only on during the evenings in the holiday season, so make sure you check it out if you’re lucky enough to be there at this time. Characters such as the Genie, Sebastian and Baloo mingle with some of your favourite Disney pals waiting to take you for a spin on the floor!
