From thrilling attractions to dazzling shows and immersive experiences, there’s so much to look forward to. Whether you’re a lifelong fan or planning your first visit, here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store.
1. New Doctor Strange: Mystery of the Mystics at Marvel Avengers Campus
For all of the Marvel fans out there (just like us!), prepare to be amazed! On November 23rd 2024, Marvel Avengers Campus welcomed the all-new experience ‘Doctor Strange: Mystery of the Mystics’.
Join Doctor Strange and Wanda Maximoff (also known as the Scarlet Witch) as they unite their extraordinary powers to defeat a mysterious new threat from a strange and dangerous creature. This immersive live action performance will plunge you into the heart of the epic battle, where the fate of the multiverse hangs.
Will you rise to the challenge and help protect reality itself?
2. A Magical Night Time Spectacle: Disney Tales of Magic
Change is always bittersweet, but it opens the door to new and exciting adventures. On January 6th 2025, the much-loved Disney Electrical Sky Parade will take its final bow, with its dazzling drone display lighting up the sky once more, bringing magical Disney stories to life.
Starting January 10th 2025, the skies will light up with a brand-new show: Disney Tales of Magic. This enchanting nighttime spectacular will take you on a soul-stirring journey through a perfect blend of classic Disney tales,with exciting new stories. Featuring fantastic fireworks, vibrant projections illuminating Sleeping Beauty Castle and Main Street U.S.A., and a stirring musical score, this is a show designed to captivate your heart and ignite imagination!
3. Disney Music Festival
Running from April 19th to September 7th 2025, Disney Music Festival will light up Disneyland park in song! Grab your loved ones for this brand-new event, where Disney and Pixar characters take centre stage in live concerts, dance shows, and street performances. Sing along to hit songs from your favourite movies and immerse yourself in the magic of Disney music. Don't miss the chance to see beloved characters like Moana, Miguel, and many more as they bring the soundtrack of their stories to life.
4. World of Frozen in Walt Disney Studios® Park
The highly anticipated Frozen-inspired area will finally open its gates in 2026! Step into the enchanting kingdom of Arendelle, where you can stroll through a snow-kissed village and marvel at the iconic castle which towers over a shimmering lake. Not to mention the gorgeous ice palace created by Queen Elsa which is perched on a distant mountain! Some of the highlights include:
- A brand new ride which takes you on a magical journey with Elsa, Anna and their lovable summer-loving sidekick, Olaf.
- Meet and greet opportunities with your favourite Frozen characters.
- Themed dining and shopping offering exclusive Frozen merchandise and treats.
With so much to explore in this new land, you can truly let it go and get lost in the magic as you’re fully immersed in the World of Frozen!
5. Walt Disney Studios Park Rebranding to Disney Adventure World
Big changes are coming to Walt Disney Studios® Park! Once the World of Frozen opens its gates, the park will undergo an exciting rebranding to become Disney Adventure World, marking the next step in its €2 billion transformation!
The reimagining symbolises a bold new era, ushering in a fresh chapter for the park’s future. Alongside the new name, guests can look forward to thrilling park expansions, a redesigned entrance, and other surprises that promise to elevate the Disney experience to new heights.
We can’t wait to see what this transformation brings, it’s safe to say the future of Disney Adventure World is looking brighter than ever!
6. Spectacular Night Time Show at Central Lake
Launching in 2026, an extraordinary nighttime spectacular will debut on the Central Lake in Disney Adventure World (Walt Disney Studios® Park). This show is guaranteed to impress, with groundbreaking water screens featuring clips from Disney scenes, dazzling fountains, breathtaking special effects and cutting-edge drone choreography, creating a truly unique experience. It’s a must-see event that promises to leave guests in awe!
