Is the Disneyland Paris app free?
The Disneyland Paris app is completely free to download. Purchases made through the app, such as ordering food in advance will require payment online. Payments through the app are secure and adhere to international standards.
What are the features of the Disneyland Paris mobile app?
Alongside having your booking details in one place, there are lots of other nifty features in the Disneyland Paris mobile app which will help you plan out your time in the Disney Parks to make the most of your holiday.

Mobile check-in
If you’re staying in a Disney® Hotel during your holiday, you can check in with the Disneyland Paris app up to one week before your stay. When you arrive in Paris, just head to the hotel reception and pick up your room key.
This saves you time checking in in person, meaning you can spend valuable time doing what really matters – checking out the parks!
For some of the Disney Hotels, you can even get a digital key via the Disneyland Paris app. If you’re staying at Disneyland® Hotel or Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, your phone will become a digital key that can unlock your hotel room along with common area doors. No more worrying about carrying around a room key!
Real-time wait information
To help you get the most out of your day and show you which ride has the shortest wait time, the Disneyland Paris app provides real-time updates on wait times for many of the rides and attractions at Disneyland Paris.
Personalised information on attractions
You’ve probably been doing your own research already, but the Disneyland Paris mobile app pulls together all the information on rides and attractions into one handy location.
The app will also give you personalised recommendations based on your interests, and you can even create your own Wishlist, where you can then tick off each attraction you’ve been to during your visit. It’s also a great place to discover rides and attractions that you might not have heard of before.
You’ll also find all the times for the West-End-style stage shows in the app, so you can really plan your route down to the last detail.
Maps & directions
Disneyland Paris is bigger than you might imagine! With two separate parks covering a wide area, finding your way round is even easier with the app as it features an interactive map, showing both your location and the quickest route to get to your chosen rides, shows, restaurants, and attractions.
As well as the big attractions, the map also shows you where services such as toilets, cash machines, information desks, water fountains, first aid centres, phone charging points, and lost property are located.
Not only will this help you to orient yourself in the parks, but it can also save a lot of back and forth – anyone who’s been to Disneyland Paris before will know that you definitely get your steps in on a park day!
You can also sort the attractions by a map view or a list view, depending on which you find easier to navigate. The attractions and rides are grouped into categories on the list view so that they’re simple to find.
Book restaurant tables
Many of the restaurants at Disneyland Paris are extremely popular and can get booked up well in advance. To avoid disappointment, you can make reservations from around 60 days before your arrival in Paris, or, if you’re staying at a Disney hotel, as soon as your booking is confirmed.
Keep an eye on the restaurant booking page on the app as soon as your trip is confirmed, and check to make sure you can book the restaurants you want to eat at.
Trip countdown
Are you and your family beyond excited for your trip to Disneyland Paris? The app has a countdown feature that tells you exactly how many days are left until your trip. Not only can this help to build the anticipation, but it also helps you to plan your trip.

How do I link my booking to the Disneyland app?

We’ve put together this quick and easy guide to help you link your booking to the app. Forget spending hours looking for your details - with just a few clicks, you’ll have your booking at your fingertips in no time.
Here’s our step-by-step guide to make linking your booking to the Disneyland Paris app quick and easy:
1. Download the Disneyland Paris app - The Disneyland Paris app is available to download on both Android and iOS. You’ll need to visit the App Store for iOS or the Google Play Store for Android. Type in “Disneyland Paris,” and the top result with the same name should be the correct app (ignore ads which may have a different name). The icon for the app has the mouse logo and the Sleeping Beauty Castle
2. Click ‘Account’ in the bottom right-hand corner – This will take you to your account, where you’ll be able to see your details
3. Click ‘Link Tickets or Booking’ – this is a blue sticky button which stands out against the background content
4. Tick ‘Hotel & Tickets Package’
5. Add your unique Disney booking reference and your name – You can find your Disney booking reference in your AttractionTickets.com account in your travel documents. This is different from your order number
6. You may get an orange triangle error message here that reads, “Oops! You can link the Tickets included in your Hotel package from 7 days before your arrival date” – don’t worry, just keep following the next steps and your booking should appear
7. Return to the home page and click account in the bottom right-hand corner
8. Click upcoming – Your booking should appear here. It will show your hotel stay and dates of check-in and check-out. All your Disneyland Paris tickets, meal plans, Photopass, etc, will show on your invoice with AttractionTickets.com
9. Between one and seven days before arrival, you’ll be able to check in online
Do I need Wi-Fi for the app to work?
For some features of the Disneyland Paris mobile app, you’ll need to be connected to the internet using either Wi-Fi or your mobile data. There’s a free Wi-Fi network available for you to join in Disneyland® Park, Walt Disney Studios® Park, the Disney Hotels, and certain parts of Disney Village®.
Does Disneyland use the same app as Walt Disney World Resort?
No, the apps for Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney World Resort in Florida are not the same. If you’ve already used the Walt Disney World Resort app (called My Disney Experience) you will still need to download the Disneyland Paris app for your Disneyland Paris booking.
