- The London Dungeon portion of your ticket remains open-dated at the time of booking - you have 90 days to visit the London Dungeon from the day you visit the lastminute.com London Eye.
- To ensure a seamless experience at the lastminute.com London Eye and London Dungeon, you must reserve your admission in advance of your visit. Click on the booking link found on your ticket to reserve your place.

Terms and conditions for lastminute.com London Eye & London Dungeon Combi Ticket
- At the time of booking, you are only booking the date/time of your visit to the lastminute.com London Eye
- Before you visit the London Dungeon, you must reserve your time slot in advance to ensure a seamless experience. To book your London Dungeon visits, simply click on the book link on your ticket. Visit dates are subject to availability - please book your attractions at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Your visits to the London Dungeon must be completed within 90 days of your visit to the lastminute.com London Eye. Tickets expire after 90 days irrespective of whether you have visited all the attractions.
- Please note, that the London Eye closes for annual maintenance from mid-Jan to early Feb, please be mindful of this when booking your tickets.
- Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a guardian 18 years or over.
- The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or children under the age of 12: entry is at the discretion of the parent/guardian.
- Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to enter The London Dungeon
- Wheelchair users must book a wheelchair slot prior to visiting each attraction.
- Amendment Policy: You can change your attraction visit dates up to 5 times if your plans change.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 72 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
