Enjoy a journey through the first copper distillery to open its doors in London since 1820, the world-famous Sipsmith Distillery.
You’ll be warmly greeted at the gleaming copper-topped bar with a refreshing G&T or a seasonal cocktail, setting the perfect tone for your evening of gin discovery. As you settle in, prepare to dive into gin’s rich and chequered history, from its tumultuous beginnings to its resurgence as a beloved craft spirit, while hearing the fascinating story of how Sipsmith was born.
Your journey continues with an introduction to the distillery's stunning copper pot stills—Prudence, Verity, and Constance—each playing a vital role in creating Sipsmith’s world-class gins. As the evening unfolds, you’ll have the opportunity to sample four distinct gin varieties, guided by expert tasting notes to help you appreciate the craftsmanship and flavours behind each sip.
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, sharing an evening with friends, or simply indulging in your love of gin, this promises to be a spirited adventure full of flavour, history, and unforgettable moments.

Terms and conditions for Sipsmith Gin Distillery Tour and Tasting for Two - Experience Voucher
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Please note the experience content, equipment used, and restrictions may vary.
- Full disabled access throughout the distillery and toilets
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. You must of booked and taken your experience prior to this date.
- The tour is available throughout the year on alternating Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6.30pm and Fridays at 4.30pm.
- We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Please allow 1 hour 30 mins for the full experience.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher that has been partially used.
- Please do not book your transportation until you have confirmed your date of visit because the experience is subject to availability.
