Get up close to one of the most magical creatures in the animal kingdom with this Meet and Feed the Reindeer with a Hot Chocolate for Two at Somerset Reindeer Ranch.

Start the day with a health and safety brief, filled with plenty of interesting reindeer facts to learn. The ranch owner will demonstrate how to care for and feed the reindeer before it’s time to spend some quality time with one of Santa’s elite sleigh pulling team. Don’t forget to take plenty of pictures with your new fuzzy nosed friend and feed them special Lichen by hand.
The two of you will also receive a warming hot chocolate with marshmallows each and have the opportunity to take a stroll around the ranch to meet all the other animal residents, ranging from emus to pigs, skunks to horses, and of course, the friendly snow dogs. A friendly reindeer herder is always on hand to answer any of your burning questions.

Terms and conditions for Somerset Reindeer Ranch Feed the Reindeer and Hot Chocolate for Two – Experience Voucher
- No minimum age
- No spectators allowed
- There are toilets on site for visitors
- The ranch is set on uneven ground, so may not be suitable for wheelchair users
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary. Please check with the venue when booking.
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date
- This experience is available seven days a week throughout the year, excluding weekends in December.
- Bookings in December must be confirmed 2 weeks in advance. During the rest of the year, we recommend you book at least one week in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Please allow 1 hour for the full experience on site, with 40 minutes for the experience itself.
- Full Payment is required at the time of booking. Experience vouchers will be issued on confirmation of payment.
- Please Note: It can take up to 72 hours to receive documentation
- Please do not book your transportation until you have confirmed your date of visit because the experience is subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Once you make a booking with the Experience Operator, you are bound by their terms and conditions. Make sure you understand their rules regarding changing a booking (particularly at short notice) as amendments may not be possible in the case of infringement of these rules.
