Embarking on a comprehensive tour around Northern Monk’s original brewery site at the Old Flax Store, you’ll receive a detailed talk about their brewing methods, as well as the history and story behind Northern Monk. Continue your beer education with a sample of the brewery’s core range beers with three one-third’s of beer each and a pint of Faith each.
With the option to round things off in the Refectory afterwards to purchase other beers on draught, this promises to be a great day out.
What happens on the day?
On arrival at Northern Monk Refectory Bar, the two of you will be warmly welcomed. Embark on a comprehensive tour around the brewery, learning about their brewing methods, history and story. Then, the two of you will sample three one-third’s of beer each and a pint of Faith. You’ll have the option to continue your adventure by purchasing some more beers in the Refectory.

- Minimum age: 18. You may be asked for ID prior to the tour to prove proof of age
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.
- This experience is available Saturdays either 1:30 pm or 3:30 pm. (Exclusions may apply)
- We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Please allow 1 hour for the full experience
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.
