• What is the best Universal Orlando Hotel?

  Universal Orlando offers four hotel categories to suit all budgets and tastes. All hotels are either newly built or regularly refurbished to keep the rooms and areas fresh and new for guests visiting. Simply pick your hotel category and choose the style that suits you the most. • Are taxes included in my Universal Orlando Resort hotel stay?

  We include all taxes in our prices at the time of booking. Any additional service, such as adding a roll-away bed and parking, will be charged locally.

• Do Universal hotels have interconnecting rooms?

  All Universal Orlando hotels will have the option of interconnecting rooms. We can request these for you but they cannot be guaranteed. If you'd like to request an interconnecting room, please do get in touch. 

• Do Universal have family suites?

  All Universal Orlando hotels have a selection of suites for different group sizes and needs. Some hotels will have themed Family suites such as the Minions suites at Portofino Bay; Jurassic World themed suites at Royal Pacific Resort and Rock Star themed suites in the Hard Rock Hotel. • Which hotels offer free shuttle service to Universal Orlando Resort?

  All Universal Orlando Resort hotels offer regular complimentary transportation to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay every 10 to 15 minutes. Guests at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel Orlando, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, and Loews Sapphire Falls Resort can also make use of the leisurely Water Taxis which take guests from these hotels straight to Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Universal CityWalk. 

• Which Universal Orlando Hotels offer express pass?

  Universal's Premier hotels, the Royal Pacific Resort, Hard Rock Hotel and Portofino Bay Hotel, offer complimentary unlimited express pass to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure for the duration of your stay (valid theme park admission required). If you are not staying at a Premier level hotel, you can purchase an Express Pass separately to skip the queue lines at your favourite Universal attractions. 

• Do all Universal hotels have an iron in the room?

  All rooms at Universal Orlando Resort hotels will include an iron and ironing board.

• Do all Universal hotels have a fridge in the room?

  All rooms at Universal Orlando Resort hotels will have a mini refrigerator.

Location

• Where are the Universal Orlando Hotels located?

  All the Universal Orlando hotels are located onsite at Universal Orlando Resort. They are all within a 10 minute shuttle bus ride from Universal  Studios, Islands of Adventure and CityWalk, and some of them are even within walking distance!

   

• Are all Universal hotels walking distance from the parks?

  There are dedicated walking paths to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure from Hard Rock Hotel, Portofino Bay Resort, Royal Pacific Resort, Sapphire Falls Resort and Aventura Hotel. Cabana Bay Beach Resort and Endless Summer Resort do not have a walking path available but offer complimentary shuttle bus transport to allow flexible movement between the parks and the hotels. These will run regularly throughout the day every 10 to 15 minutes until 2am.

   

  Cabana Bay Beach Resort and Aventura Hotel have dedicated walking paths to Volcano Bay, with shuttle buses available from the other Universal hotels.

• How do I get from the airport to our Universal Hotel?

  Taxis are readily available at Orlando International airport at around $40 or an Uber service can be called upon at around $20/$30. There is free WiFi inside the terminal so you will be able to connect to request your service after you leave baggage claim and security. 

• Are Universal Orlando Hotels near Seaworld?

  Universal hotels are a short 10 minute drive from SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. The hotels also offer a free Connector Shuttle scheduled service to SeaWorld and Aquatica. Pick up times may vary and can be confirmed locally.

Parking

• Do Universal hotels have free parking?

  No, Universal charge for parking. When staying on-site parking fees are $15 + tax at value hotels; $18 + tax at prime value hotels; $26 + tax at preferred hotels and $28 + tax at premier hotels. Prices are subject to change. You do not need to hire a car when you're staying on-site at a Universal Orlando Resort hotel though - there are free shuttles to and from all of your favourite Universal Parks. To reach other theme parks in Orlando you can use taxis or ride-sharing services such as Uber or take a shuttle.
