- Disabled access to ground floor only. First floor accessible by staircase. There is an audio-visual room on the ground floor showing a history of the building and the upstairs rooms.
- Children under the age of 14 will need to be accompanied by a person aged over 16.
- Cancellation Policy: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 14 days before the travel date. However, if you cancel within 14 days of the travel date, your tour will be non-refundable.
