No, ticket-only bookings must be paid in full before we are able to generate and send a Disney Ticket Confirmation. 

We have been monitoring the Disney Park Pass system since its launch and it is extremely unlikely that the Disney Parks will get to full capacity until a few days in advance if at all. In non-peak periods it is highly unlikely that Disney Parks will reach full capacity. If you are concerned about Disney Parks reaching capacity and you wish to make your Disney Park reservations sooner, you do not need to wait until 6 weeks prior to your departure date to clear your balance. We will send your Disney tickets as soon as your balance is paid.

UPDATE: For visits after 9 January 2024, Disney Park Reservations are no longer required. A valid Disney Ticket is all that will be needed to enter a Disney Park. 

• First, select the date you would like to start using your Disney Magic Ticket.
• You can use the Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket over 18 days from the date selected, giving you more flexibility during your holiday.
• You can start using your Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket at any time within the ticket validity window, but remember the ticket will expire in full at the end of the 18-day period irrespective of the number of days used. We recommend you start using the Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket within 4 days of the date selected to ensure you enjoy the full 14 Disney Park days entitlement.

• First, select the date you would like to start using your Disney Magic Ticket.
• You can use the Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket over 15 days from the date selected, giving you more flexibility during your holiday.
• Start using your Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket at any time within the ticket validity window, but remember the ticket will expire in full at the end of the 15-day period irrespective of the number of days used.

If your ticket booking is on deposit, the quickest way to change the start date currently is to call us and a member of our Customer Service Team will amend your Disney Magic Ticket start date. Disney Magic tickets are priced by date and any difference in the ticket price will be payable.

If you have already paid for your Disney Magic Tickets in full and received your Disney Booking Confirmation, we will need to cancel and rebook your Disney Tickets. We won't charge an amendment fee for making this change, but new prices may apply to your booking as Disney Magic tickets are priced by date and any difference in the ticket price will be payable. Amending bookings will also cancel any linked Disney Theme Park reservations unless they are linked to your new Disney Confirmation reference within 24 hours and these will need to be re-booked, subject to the latest Disney Park availability.

Yes, Memory Maker is a standard inclusion with adult Disney Magic Tickets. Memory Maker is not included with Disney Event Tickets such as Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party

Memory Maker is a great way to capture and relive your Walt Disney World Florida memories without having to reach for your camera. The whole family can pose for photos at any Disney PhotoPass location as well as select attractions and dining locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Ride photos are included too!

Photos and videos can then be downloaded to your Disney account on My Disney Experience. You do this by tapping your Disney Ticket, MagicBand or MagicMobile pass at the attractions.

No, Disney FastPass+ was suspended at the start of the Covid pandemic and then discontinued in 2021. FastPass+ has been replaced with a new service called Disney Genie.

Once you receive your Disney Ticket Confirmation, create your Disney MagicMobile passes in a few easy steps:

1. On receipt of your Disney Ticket Confirmation, set up an account on the My Disney Experience website.
2. Link your Disney Ticket Confirmation to your My Disney Experience account.
3. After you have created your My Disney Experience account and linked your Disney Ticket Confirmation, download the My Disney Experience App
4. Set up a Disney MagicMobile pass for each linked ticket in the My Disney Experience AppS
5. Add your MagicMobile Pass to the Wallet app on iPhone or the digital wallet on other smart devices.
6. For added ease, you can store multiple passes on a single device, a great option for families!

Disney MagicMobile passes are gate-ready and give instant admission to Disney Theme parks.

For those that would prefer to have physical tickets, you can take your Disney Ticket numbers to any Will Call/Ticket window located at the entrance of each Disney Park to redeem your Disney Ticket IDs for printed physical tickets. Please ensure you have a valid ID.

My Disney Experience is a free digital planning app that helps you get the most out of your Walt Disney World holiday. Link your Disney Tickets or Disney Hotel Booking to My Disney Experience to access the Disney Genie Service, mobile order food and make restaurant reservations, purchase Lightning Lanes, access Memory Maker, and so much more. See our guide to My Disney Experience for more information.

As of 9 January 2024, no Disney theme park reservations are needed! Just a valid Disney ticket is all you need to enter Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios and the Walt Disney World water parks.

Disney Park reservations are no longer needed for guests visiting the Walt Disney World Parks. A valid Disney ticket is the only requirement for entry. 

When you purchase a Disney Magic Ticket you will receive a Disney Ticket confirmation in your AttractionTickets.com Customer Account as soon as you pay for your tickets in full (for those securing their Disney Magic Tickets with a deposit, your confirmation will only be made available once you have cleared your balance). Upon receipt of your Disney Ticket confirmation, create your gate-ready Disney MagicMobile passes in My Disney Experience - see our Disney MagicMobile guide for more information on Disney MagicMobile passes, a new contactless way to enter the Disney Parks using your smartphone.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to post physical printed Disney Magic Tickets to your home address. Like most worldwide attractions, Walt Disney World has transitioned to digital tickets that can be downloaded to a smartphone and no longer issues printed tickets in advance. Disney MagicMobile passes are gate-ready and give direct admission to the Disney Parks. Simply hold your iPhone, smartphone or Apple Watch near an access point when entering the Disney Parks just like you do with a physical ticket or MagicBand - See our Disney MagicMobile guide for more information on how to create gate-ready Disney MagicMobile passes.

For those that would prefer to have physical tickets, simply take your Disney Ticket Confirmation to any ticket window located at the entrance of each Disney Park to redeem printed physical tickets.

Disney Genie is a complimentary service included in the cost of your Disney Magic Tickets! With just a bit of information about your interests and preferences, this tool in the My Disney Experience app will give you a personalised itinerary, including attractions, foodie experiences, and Characters you can meet! There’s also a virtual tip board with forecasted ride wait times for all the park's attractions, and advice for making dining reservations, mobile food ordering and more. With the Disney Genie Service you’ll have quicker access to the most up-to-date park information, so you can be more spontaneous and have more fun.

Lightning Lanes (previously Disney Genie+) are also available using the My Disney Experience app, for an additional purchase (subject to availability). Choose from Lightning Lane Single Pass or Lightning Lane Multi Pass to book time slots for entry on select attractions and experiences. You can also access new audio experiences and exclusive Disney PhotoPass camera lenses.

Yes! Once you’re in the US, Lightning Lanes can be purchased up to 7 days in advance for Disney Resort hotel guests and up to 3 days in advance for ticket-only guests. These must be purchased on a day-by-day basis, but you’ll be able to book for the full duration of your trip at the same time. 

If you purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass in advance, you can book a time slot for up to three attractions per day. Once you’ve redeemed your initial Lightning Lane selection on the day of your visit (or the arrival window has passed), you can make another Lightning Lane selection using the My Disney Experience app, and can keep making one selection at a time throughout the day.

You can also purchase a Lightning Lane Single Pass for up to two attractions per day (once per attraction). 

Both Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass can also be purchased on the day, subject to availability.

Almost all of the rides and attractions throughout the 4 Walt Disney World Theme Parks have Lightning Lane access. While most of these are included (subject to availability) with the purchase of Lightning Lane Multi Pass, the following attractions require an individual purchase of Lightning Lane Single Pass: 

• Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (Magic Kingdom Park)
• TRON Lightcycle/Run (Magic Kingdom Park) 
• Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind (EPCOT)
• Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (Disney’s Hollywood Studios)
• Avatar Flight of Passage (Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park)

Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass can be purchased in advance or on the day via the My Disney Experience app, where you will then be able to book your time slots for these attractions. 

Attractions at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park do not have Lightning Lane access. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible for MagicBands to be shipped to the UK and sent to you in advance of your holiday. MagicBands must be collected from Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs using the barcoded digital voucher automatically uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment of your tickets.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for MagicBands to be shipped to the UK and we are therefore unable to send your MagicBands in the post before you depart on holiday. MagicBands can be picked up from Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs using this barcoded Digital voucher.

No, you can use your Disney Ticket confirmation to create Disney MagicMobile tickets that can be downloaded to a smartphone or you can take your Disney Ticket Confirmation to any ticket window located at the entrance of each Disney Park to redeem printed physical tickets.

Your MagicBand can be collected from Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs at any time during your holiday. Should you wish to use your MagicBand as your Disney admission ticket instead of your Disney Ticket, please collect your MagicBand at the start of your holiday.

You can link your MagicBands via the My Disney Experience app. Alternatively, you can visit Disney Guest Relations, located at the entrance of each Disney Park for help. Please see our How To Link Your Walt Disney World Ticket to Your MagicBand guide for more in depth information.

MagicBands are not included with Disney Tickets and can be purchased separately from retail outlets throughout Walt Disney World. We periodically run limited-time MagicBand offers using very limited stock. Only customers who booked their Disney Tickets during one of these promotions are entitled to a MagicBand. Unfortunately we are unable to add MagicBands to bookings made outside these promotions due to the limited stock.

Universal Explorer Tickets are open-dated and can be first used at any time within the year selected at the time of booking e.g. a 2022 Universal Explorer Ticket must be first used on or before 31 December 2022. Tickets are activated by visiting one of the included Universal Parks or Universal CityWalk and are then valid for 14 consecutive days from this point.

• The Universal Orlando 3 Park Ticket includes unlimited admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay for the duration of your ticket
• The Universal Orlando 2 Park Ticket includes unlimited admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure for the duration of your ticket

No. Universal Express is not a standard inclusion. If you would like Universal Express access you can purchase either a Universal Express Ride Access Ticket or a Universal Express Unlimited Ticket. Universal Express Unlimited Passes can only be used on the date you select and a separate Universal Orlando theme park admission ticket is still required for entry to the Universal Parks.

If you are staying at one of the Universal Premier Hotels - Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort or Loews Portofino Bay- you get Universal Express included for free as part of your hotel reservation, although you will still need to purchase a Universal Explorer Ticket to access the parks.

No, park reservations are not needed for the Universal Parks. A valid Universal Orlando Explorer Ticket is all you need to enter the Universal parks included with the ticket purchase.

• The Universal Orlando 3 Park Ticket includes admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay
• The Universal Orlando 2 Park Ticket includes admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure

Universal Explorer Tickets offer 14 consecutive days of unlimited park-to-park access to the Universal Parks included with the ticket.

Gate-ready digital Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket(s) will be instantly uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment. Tickets can be downloaded to your smartphone and used straight away by scanning them at any touch point to the Universal parks. If you don't have a smartphone, simply print your Universal tickets instead. 

If you're visiting Universal Orlando Resort in 2024, your Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket will be open-dated and will be activated the first time you visit one of the three Universal parks. Your tickets will be instantly uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment. Once you complete your order, simply log on to your account and download your Universal tickets to your smartphone. Scan the QR code at the entrance to each Universal park for instant admission.

For visits to Universal Orlando Resort in 2025, Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Tickets will be dated and can only be used from the start date chosen at the time of booking.

Universal Epic Universe will open on 22nd May 2025 and Epic Universe tickets are on sale now!

Universal Epic Universe Tickets go on sale from 22 October 2024 with the park opening 22 May 2025. 

For visits in 2025, choose the Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket. No. Guests visiting in 2025 must choose a start date for their Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket. This ticket is valid for a 15-day validity window from the ticket start date and guests can enjoy one day at Universal Epic Universe on any single day within the ticket validity window. 

Guests visiting in 2026 must choose a start date for their Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket. Tickets are valid for 14 consecutive days from the chosen ticket start date and guests can visit Universal Epic Universe as many times as the want within the 14 day validity window.

If you’re visiting in 2025, you will have 1 day of access to Universal Epic Universe with your Epic Universe ticket. The Universal Orlando 3-Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket offers 1 day at Universal Epic Universe plus 14 days of unlimited park-to-park admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay, offering amazing value compared to shorter duration tickets.

Universal Epic Universe is located at 1001 Epic Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819 in Universal Orlando Resort’s new South Campus. The location for Universal Epic Universe is a 10-15 minute drive from the other Universal Orlando theme parks and Universal CityWalk. 

Capacity will be limited when Universal Epic Universe first opens to ensure everyone can make the most of their visit and experience as much of the park as possible. To avoid any disappointment we’d recommend you arrive at the park before opening or stay at a Universal Orlando Resort hotel to get early park admission (with a valid ticket).

Yes! Guests staying at any of the Universal Orlando Resort hotels (with valid park admission) will get early access to Universal Epic Universe in the morning before regular guests can enter the park. 

Yes, for arrivals from 22nd May 2025 you can change your current Universal 3 Park Explorer Ticket to a Universal Orlando 3-Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket. Yes! For anyone wanting to explore even more of what Orlando has to offer, you can book Orlando combo tickets that include access to Universal Epic Universe for 2025 (from 22nd May) and 2026. These include Disney and Universal Combos, the Orlando Freedom Ticket™, and the Orlando 7 Park FlexiTicket.

Tickets for just Universal Epic Universe by itself are currently unavailable, but with so much to do throughout Universal Orlando Resort, including 2 other theme parks, a water theme park, and the Universal CityWalk entertainment district, you’ll want the 14 days’ access provided with the Universal Orlando 3-Park Explorer Ticket. 

The Epic Universe theme park is around 110 acres, made up of five different themed lands. The whole South Campus, including the theme park, parking structures, and three hotels is approximately 750 acres. For comparison, the North Campus, consisting of three theme parks, eight hotels, and Universal CityWalk, is 735 acres. 

Universal Epic Universe tickets are now available for all 2026 arrivals, up to December 31st 2026. Guests wanting to visit in 2026 can book the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket which gives you 14 days unlimited access to Universal Epic Universe, Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal Volcano Bay! 

If you’re visiting during 2025 your Universal Orlando 3-Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket will be valid for 15 consecutive days and you can visit Universal Epic Universe on any day throughout the ticket duration. We’d recommend you plan your visit in the first half of your holiday to give you time to visit on another day if park capacity is reached before you can enter the park on your planned date.

If you’re visiting in 2026 you can visit Universal Epic Universe as much or as little as you like during the full 14-day duration of your Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket!

Your day at Epic Universe doesn’t need to be reserved, so you’ll have full flexibility to visit whenever you want during your holiday - you’ll just need to pick the first date of your ticket validity at the time of booking. We’d recommend arriving as early as possible for the best chance to enter the park on your preferred date as capacity will be limited. 

Yes! There will be a complimentary shuttle bus to Universal Epic Universe from all the Universal Orlando Resort hotels and the North Campus bus terminal. A dedicated bus lane has been created to make the bus journey between the North and South Campuses the most efficient way to travel around the whole Universal Orlando Resort.

Yes, so if you’re hiring a car during your time in Florida and plan to drive to Universal Orlando Resort, you can park in the dedicated parking structure directly outside the theme park for your day at Epic Universe. 

There will be a total of five lands in Epic Universe; Celestial Park, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Ministry of Magic, How To Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe. 

Our Universal Epic Universe tickets can be reserved with a deposit of just £25pp but we’d recommend paying in full as early as possible to secure your visit, especially if you’re visiting in the first few months of the park being open. 

The Orlando 6 Park FlexiTicket is a combined package of the Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket and the SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket + Eat Free to offer a single price to the following 6 Florida Parks:

• SeaWorld Parks - SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay 
• Universal Orlando Resort theme parks -  Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay.

Discovery Cove is a full day experience so we advise arriving as early as possible. Check-in opens at 7.15am, waterways open at 9.00am and the park shuts at 5.00pm. By arriving early, you can take advantage of the free breakfast, plus you'll be first in line to choose your dolphin swim time, which is allocated on the day on a first come first serve basis. 

All Discovery Cove package tickets include the use of lockers, towels, wetsuits, animal-safe sunscreen and snorkels/masks during your visit so all you will need to bring is a dry set of clothes to change into afterwards and appropriate footwear like sandals for walking around the park. You must also bring your reservation and each person must show a valid ID such as a passport for check in.

Cabanas are only available to book directly with Discovery Cove, unfortunately, we can’t book a cabana for you. You will need your Discovery Cove reservation number to make a cabana reservation which can be found on your Discovery Cove tickets. If your tickets are not yet ready to download from your Customer Account and you want to book a Discovery Cove cabana, please call us for your Discovery Cove reservation number. Be advised that Cabanas are very popular and you will need to book some time in advance. They start at $200 per cabana.

The time slots for the Dolphin interactions are allocated upon check in at the park on a first-come, first-serve basis. We advise guests to arrive as early as possible on the day if you have a preferred time that you would like to request.

No, even non-swimmers are able to take part as the majority of the experience takes place in waist-high water.

Parking is FREE with any Discovery Cove package ticket.

Check-in for Discovery Cove starts at 7:15am. Discovery Cove Tickets include breakfast, so it is highly recommended you arrive at Discovery Cove upon opening to take advantage of this inclusion. Plus you'll be first in line to choose your dolphin swim time, which is allocated on the day on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

Dolphin Swim times are allocated when you check-in at Discovery Cove. Times are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. The earlier you arrive at Discovery Cove, the more choice you will have.

Yes. Your digital ticket for Discovery Cove includes a gate-ready barcode for all of the other SeaWorld Parks included within your Discovery Cove package. You can visit any of the other SeaWorld Parks before your Discovery Cove visit date and this portion of your ticket will be activated the first time you visit one of those parks. Your Discovery Cove Digital Ticket will be uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment.

The Discovery Cove Package includes a day at Discovery Cove plus 14 consecutive days of admission to SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica.

The Discovery Cove Ultimate Package includes a day at Discovery Cove and 14 days of access to SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. The Ultimate Package also includes free parking at the featured parks.

We upload digital tickets to customer accounts within 5 days of full payment or sooner. If you have only just paid your balance, please allow a few days for your tickets to appear in your customer account. If you have booked tickets on a deposit basis, tickets will not be made available in your customer account until you have paid your balance.

No, unfortunately, we can’t book a cabana for you. Cabanas can only be booked directly with Discovery Cove. You will need your Discovery Cove reservation number to make a cabana reservation which can be found on your Discovery Cove tickets. If your tickets are not yet ready to download from your Customer Account and you want to book a Discovery Cove cabana, please call us for your Discovery Cove reservation number.

You must be at least 6 years old AND 42 inches tall to swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove. 

Non-swimmers can take part as most of the Dolphin Swim experience at Discovery Cove takes place in waist-high water.

The SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket + Eat Free is open-dated and can be first used at any time within the year selected at the time of booking e.g. a 2024 SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket must be first used on or before 31 December 2024.

Tickets are activated by visiting one of the included SeaWorld Parks and are then valid for 14 consecutive days from this point, allowing you to spread your park visits over a 2-week holiday. The SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket + Eat Free allows one visit only to each of the featured parks – SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.

As an added-value bonus, guests can eat all day at each SeaWorld park with the All Day Dine benefit. All-Day Dine is automatically activated upon park admission. Enjoy one entrée, one side or one dessert and one regular-sized non-alcoholic beverage every 90 minutes at participating restaurants during regular opening hours. 

No. Parking is not included with the SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket + Eat Free and car parking fees must be paid on arrival at each park.

The SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket, the 2-Park SeaWorld and the Busch Gardens Ticket and the Discovery Cove Ultimate Package include Free transportation to Busch Gardens from Orlando on the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express. The shuttle runs daily and picks up from SeaWorld and various locations in the International Drive and Kissimmee areas. Pick-up time is between 8.30am and 9.00am depending on location and the return time from Busch Gardens varies through the year depending on the Busch Gardens closing time. Reservations are required to guarantee your seats and can be made in advance by calling 1-800-221-1339.

No, you will receive an open-dated SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket, giving you the flexibility to first use your ticket at any time during the calendar year selected at the time of booking. Tickets are activated the first time you visit either SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica or Busch Gardens. 

You must select the year of visit at the time of booking and tickets must be used on or before 31 December of the year selected e.g. 2024 tickets must be activated on or before 31 December 2024. 

Gate-ready digital ticket(s) will be uploaded to your Customer Account within 24 hours of full payment or sooner. As soon as your tickets are available, they can be downloaded to your smartphone and used straight away. Need your tickets faster? No problem! No, you will be sent an open-dated SeaWorld and Aquatica 2-Visit Ticket. Tickets are valid for use during the calendar year selected at the time of purchase and activated the first time you visit either SeaWorld Orlando or Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. We require you to pay your balance 6 weeks prior to your holiday departure date. Tickets will be uploaded to your AttractionTickets.com Customer Account as soon as you pay your balance - your balance can be paid sooner if you want your Orlando attraction tickets earlier.
